Jay Cofresi

Jay Cofresi has been a mentor since 2008 and joined the Young Executive Board in 2010. He currently works at Nomura Holdings in the CAO team for the Infrastructure Technology group focusing on Expense Strategy. Prior to Nomura, Jay spent over 12 years at Lehman Brothers and eventually Barclays Capital. He worked in various positions in Finance, spent time in the Miami office supporting the Private Client business and eventually returned to New York to work in the COO group for the Investment Banking Division. Jay has a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami and an MBA from NYU. He is currently also a mentor with Student Sponsor Partners (SSP) where he is matched with a student from the high school, Mount Saint Michael in the Bronx, that he attended.
