Doug Leder

Doug has been a mentor with iMentor since 2006 and joined the Young Executive Board in 2011. He currently works at Aéropostale, as an IT Security Manager, responsible for the creation, implementation and training of company policies and procedures, compliance with security and privacy related laws and regulations, and ensuring the company’s systems are secure.  Prior to joining Aéropostale, Doug was a Manager in the Global Internal Audit group at Avon Products, Inc. for two years where he focused on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management.  Doug started his career at Deloitte within their Risk Management Advisory practice, where he focused on serving clients in the manufacturing and retail industries for over 6 years. Doug holds a B.S. in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Binghamton University with a concentration in Finance & Management Information Systems.
