Doug Leder

Doug has been a mentor with iMentor since 2006 and joined the Young Executive Board in 2011. He currently works at Avon Products, Inc. as a Manager in the Global Internal Audit group, and is responsible for overseeing Information Technology and Supply Chain audits. Prior to joining Avon, Doug was at Deloitte for over 6 years and was most recently a Manager within their Risk Management Advisory practice, where he focused on serving clients in the manufacturing and retail industries. Doug holds a B.S. in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Binghamton University with a concentration in Finance & Management Information Systems. In addition to his work with iMentor, Doug also volunteers with the New York Cares organization and at a local food pantry.
