Morgan Stanley
As one of iMentor's longest corporate supporters, Morgan Stanley has provided employee volunteers and grants since 2001. Their Community Affairs programs encourage, recognize and reward employee community engagement.
In 2009, iMentor and their Morgan Stanley team won the Firm’s inaugural Social Enterprise Challenge. This signature competition featured nine Morgan Stanley pro-bono teams working to develop business strategies for leading nonprofits. The iMentor team delivered a flexible financial forecasting tool that incorporates all the aspects of iMentor Interactive's current and expected business model. This tool allows iMentor to analyze and refine a growth strategy in order to expand iMentor's best in class mentoring methodology to other organizations wishing to start a mentoring program.
The Morgan Stanley Foundation has been supporting employee communities for 50 years and provides funding through its signature initiative, the Morgan Stanley Global Alliance for Children’s Health, as well as through diversity education and broad support of employee volunteer efforts.
