Victoria Lowe
Victoria comes to iMentor from an editorial background in magazines, where she wrote and edited material for publications including Town & Country and Cosmopolitan. She graduated from Colgate University in 2006 with a B.A. in English and Political Science, and has been involved in mentoring and advising urban youth since high school. Prior to iMentor, Victoria worked with Prep for Prep in collaboration with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship to help high school students learn to create and effectively sustain their own businesses. Equal access to education and youth empowerment are running themes in Victoria’s work over the last few years, both of which excite and inspire her. She is additionally interested in the distribution of nutritional resources across varying neighborhoods in New York City, and is working to incorporate food justice into her work with iMentor.
