Tara Goderez

Tara is joining iMentor with a background in education and nonprofit program management. In her prior position as the Comp2Kids Program Manager at Per Scholas, Tara worked with middle schools and community organizations throughout New York City to implement programs promoting digital literacy and access to technology. Previously, Tara taught elementary school special education while earning her Master’s in Education as a New York City Teaching Fellow. She earned her B.A. from the University of Rochester where she worked at a therapeutic after school program for at-risk children. Tara also has experience volunteering with a non-profit organization in Peru to support a women’s textile cooperative and run after school programs for children. Tara is excited to join the iMentor team and support partner organizations as they use iMentor Interactive to implement their own mentoring programs.
