Rob Allen

Rob joined iMentor as the first ever Director of Individual Giving.  Most recently, Rob worked in the Capital Giving group at Princeton University, where he was responsible for cultivating and soliciting a portfolio of major gift donors. Before working at Princeton, Rob worked in annual giving for Harvard Business School, and prior to that, was an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Bowdoin College. While at Bowdoin, Rob worked with high schools in under-served communities and students served by non-profit organizations such as A Better Chance, the Posse Foundation, and the Daniels Fund. Rob volunteers his time with various youth development organizations and is an avid college football and baseball fan.
