Molly Novatt

Molly comes to iMentor with experience in youth development, mentoring, and human rights advocacy.  She recently graduated from Colgate University, where she earned a B.A. in peace and conflict studies.  While earning her degree, Molly worked extensively with Let’s Get Ready, a non-profit organization that provided SAT tutoring and college preparation to underserved students in her area. As site director of the New Rochelle chapter, Molly personally coordinated all of the programmatic and development work for this site. It was this work experience that led her to develop a deep interest in working with youth education and development initiatives in her community. She is excited to be working with such a passionate staff here at iMentor, and to be part of this innovative and dynamic organization.
