Mary Snowden
Mary is delighted to join iMentor, and most recently worked as the assistant director for multicultural career programs at NYU’s Wasserman Center for Career Development. Her previous roles include counselor to acting program manager (sociocultural programming), and she was also a former part-time, fill-in news anchor, producer, and programming assistant for a commercial radio station in the Midwest. She holds a M.S. in administrative leadership (adult and continuing education), and a B.A. in journalism and mass communication (broadcast), with an English minor from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As the daughter of two public school teachers, Mary understands and appreciates the value of education, and has both respect and love for mentor relationships. When not scoping roles, attracting and hiring the best talent, or contributing to the professional development of the outstanding iMentor staff, you may find Mary actively volunteering, enjoying a great conversation, or experiencing many artistic and cultural opportunities in this lovely city and world. Mary looks forward to the progression of her work which is always centered on helping others connect to great opportunities, and can’t wait to contribute to the great efforts of this exciting Mentoring movement by fueling the talent pipeline of iMentor.
