Kristian comes to iMentor with a background in community service, multicultural student affairs, and non-profit work. Kristian received a B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with a double major in anthropology and sociology. Before joining iMentor, Kristian worked extensively with his university’s Office of Community Engagement and Undergraduate Admissions. Through the Office of Community Engagement, Kristian acted as a volunteer and trip leader on community service trips to places like New Orleans, Washington, D.C., Honduras, Spain, and the Philippines. In the Undergraduate Admissions Office, Kristian served as a multicultural recruitment intern and worked primarily on enriching the diversity of the campus community. Additionally, Kristian was involved in creating bridges within the community of cultural organizations on campus through his role as a co-chair of the Asian Student Council.  Most recently, Kristian worked as a New York City AmeriCorps member for a nonprofit organization called Peace First. While working for this organization, Kristian served as a Peace First teacher teaching curriculum focused on conflict resolution for students in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and the Upper West Side. As a program coordinator, he is excited about channeling his passion, talent, and experiences into contributing to iMentor’s mission and goals.
