Kim Hendler
At iMentor, Kim oversees human capital strategy, and is responsible for hiring, developing, evaluating, and retaining iMentor’s team. Kim joined iMentor after 3 years as Executive Director of Princeton Project 55 (Now Princeton AlumiCorps).Prior to working for Project 55, Kim worked for El Pomar Foundation in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she participated in a nonprofit leadership development fellowship program; directed a youth grant making program and supported the foundation's grant making. Kim was the Vice Chair of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network National Boardin 2008-10, has been an alumni interviewer for Brown University, and is a mentor with iMentor. She has run workshops on a variety of topics in leadership and nonprofit management for diverse groups including outdoor leadership programs, youth philanthropy initiatives, community volunteers, high school students, and young professionalsand is a contributor to the upcoming, Nonprofit Management 101: A Field Guide for Social Sector Professionals. Kim is committed to attracting talent to the nonprofit sector and making it a sustainable place to start and grow a career.
