Dava Antoniotti

Dava Antoniotti joins iMentor with seven years of experience in international nonprofit recruitment, training, management and customer service.  She earned her B.A in Communications and Women’s Studies from Western Michigan University before traveling to Lima, Peru to volunteer with youth with disabilities through Cross-Cultural Solutions.  As the Director of Program Enrollment for Cross-Cultural Solutions she led a team of 14, empowering 3,000 individuals to volunteer internationally each year, and visited NGOs in Brazil, India, Thailand, South Africa and Morocco to better understand the positive impact of international volunteers.  Dava is passionate about promoting tolerance and understanding between people of different cultures and perspectives, as well as social and educational justice.  She recently completed her M.S. in Nonprofit Management at Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy.
