Courtney Ryan
Courtney joins iMentor with several years of experience working in the higher education field, along with a committed volunteer background. She earned a double major in both Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. For three years, she served as a youth counselor in the EXPLORE program at UW-Stevens Point, traveling across Wisconsin to help coordinate summer education and college ready programming for the children of workers in the agricultural sector. After graduating, Courtney worked with the International Academic Programs department and Division of International Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She worked with numerous programs in various countries during her time at UW-Madison, with an emphasis on the budgetary and financial aid planning associated with study abroad. Courtney also volunteered with the Madison Children’s Museum as an art coordinator, teaching courses and providing youth programming to families in the Madison area.
