iMentor’s hiring process varies by position but one thing is certain in every search: We are extremely thorough and thoughtful at every stage. Candidates who are ultimately hired can expect to interview with many people (both managers and peers) and go through anywhere from three to six stages of screening, from telephone interview to reference calls, before a decision is made. Generally speaking, this process may take anywhere from three to eight weeks. We believe that this process is the best way to ensure that we hire exceptional individuals who will add value to our team.
