Partner Network
Our partners make up an active community of organizations and schools across the country with a common goal of empowering youth from low-income communities to graduate college. Using iMentor’s proven approach, some partners are launching their first mentoring programs while others are bringing greater impact to existing initiatives. The iMentor Interactive network shares expertise throughout the year and convenes at an annual gathering.
Program Development
We provide comprehensive programmatic support to help our partners effectively use the iMentor model to address the unique needs of the young people they serve. Our partners utilize all aspects of our program model including our college-success curriculum, research, mentor training and screening materials, and program analysis tools developed by independent evaluators. Once the program launches, we help our partners use data to further refine and develop the program to increase effectiveness.
Resources and Technology Platform
Our partners have access to the best practices gathered from research, the iMentor NYC Program, and other iMentor Interactive partners nationwide. They also take full advantage of our white-label mentoring platform, which includes a mentor-mentee matching algorithm, secure email system, real-time program data, and program evaluation tools. iMentor offers full technology maintenance and support, including a helpdesk.
Staff Support
Each partner organization is assigned an iMentor partnership manager, a mentoring expert who can assist with program design and implementation, onboard and train staff, and address ongoing challenges and questions. Support includes 40 hours of intensive in-person onboarding, monthly training webinars, and quarterly partner learning group sessions. Partners also benefit from weekly one-hour calls with iMentor partnership managers to address pressing challenges and issues as they arise.
