Become an iMentor Partner


In February, 2015, iMentor will select our 2015 National Cohort for launch in Fall 2015 and choose prospective partners for fall 2016 launch. Pre-applications must be submitted electronically and are due on December 19, 2015.

We anticipate partnering with national non-profits, school districts, charter school networks, mentoring organizations and community based collaboratives seeking to rapidly build or strengthen their college access results for low-income students by adopting iMentor’s model.

Through these renewable 3 year National Partnerships we will share our curriculum, technology, evaluation and best practices, and provide comprehensive ongoing individual and cohort-based support. In exchange we ask our partners to make 4 commitments: 

  • Adopt iMentor’s comprehensive research-based model in school based settings.
  • Recruit, train, and support mentors with iMentor’s comprehensive support.
  • Hire a staff member to manage each cohort of roughly 100 students-mentor pairs.
  • Secure the funds to support the partnership over 3 years – paying for access to iMentor’s comprehensive guidance and tools and membership in the learning cohort.

3. Review the pre-application overview, which includes selection criteria, to prepare to complete the pre-application by December 19.

Return signed contract to iMentor, including non-refundable $5K deposit.

Partners submit remainder of first year fee payment of $25K.

Onboarding and iMentor Partner Training in NYC.
