Want to invite your mentee to visit you at your workplace?

First, talk to your Program Coordinator. Second, download this form, sign it, and fax it to iMentor at (212) 461-4331.

Want to learn more about sexual health issues facing teens?

SEX, ETC. is an award-winning national newsletter and website that is written by teens, for teens, on teen sexual health issues.

 

 

NYC Dept. of Education Fingerprinting Information

Want to meet your mentee outside of iMentor-sponsored events?

You need to get fingerprinted by the Department of Education. Find out more here or by contacting your Program Coordinator. You will also need to complete the Unsupervised Meeting Consent Form.

* This applies to all mentees under 18 years of age.
