Each user gets her/his own personalized calendar. Staff can create events and invite participants. All participants can RSVP through the calendar and the database automatically tracks RSVP’s.

Calendar

Users can RSVP for events through the calendar and see if other people in their network have RSVP’ed. They can also create their own events and invite anyone in their network. Each user's individual calendar shows a list of the next 10 “Upcoming Events," email icons for days when they sent or received email (users can click on icons and read messages), and birthday cake icons for all members of each user’s network.
