About the Member

JTBF is a multiracial, nonprofit organization comprised of lawyers, judges, and other citizens. It is dedicated to developing and nurturing interest in the law among young persons from various ethnic backgrounds underrepresented in the legal profession and supporting their continued advancement. JTBF’s long-term goal is to increase racial diversity in the legal profession and on the bench.

About the Partnership

JTBF is using iMentor Interactive to connect legal professionals, law students, and young people interested in legal careers. Not only will volunteer lawyers and judges mentor law and pre-law students, but they’ll also connect with students in middle and high schools to get them interested in the legal profession. Communicating through iMi’s safe and secure email system, they’ll be able to develop powerful relationships and help ensure that the next generation of legal professionals is a strong and diverse one.
