Fordham University’s Office of Career Services, Office of Alumni Relations, and College of Business Administration have teamed up to provide valuable career mentoring to current students. Alumni of the school will now be able to guide Fordham students of all classes through their journey from classroom to the workforce.

About the Partnership

Fordham is expanding the capabilities of its mentoring program by adding iMentor Interactive to the mix. Now, the program’s administrators will be able to easily collect applications and make great matches using iMi’s matching algorithm. And once their pairs are matched, they’ll be able to offer email and calendar tools to facilitate and structure communication. Lastly, they’ll be able to take advantage of iMi’s survey function to gather feedback and measure the impact that mentoring is having on Fordham’s students and alumni.
