About the Partnership
Starwood Capital and Stamford Academy have partnered to bring e-mentoring to their employees and students. Starwood is generously sponsoring the program and providing the mentors while Stamford Academy is providing the mentees and operating the day-to-day program activities. Both mentors and mentees will be using iMentor Interactive to connect and develop their relationships.
On iMentor Interactive, the mentors and mentees will be able to communicate via special email accounts that can be reviewed by the program's administrators. In addition, the email communication will benefit from writing prompts that add structure to the dialogue. And, as the mentoring relationships grow, the program’s staff will be able to review the site’s usage, ensuring that a powerful and positive experience is had by all |
