In Kenosha and Racine Counties, close to 25 mentoring programs strive to serve the community’s needs. These programs need help with development and training mentors and staff members. Most of all, they need more mentors. Mentor Kenosha & Racine has been created to address these needs. Its mission is to build social capital by fostering meaningful mentoring relationships among individuals in Racine and Kenosha Counties.

Mentor Kenosha & Racine has joined with iMentor to leverage the power of the iMentor Interactive (iMi) platform for its mentoring program. In particular, the organization will take advantage of iMi’s database to collect information on its pairs and evaluate the impact of its work.
