Ballard Spahr’s Philadelphia office runs a mentoring program for students attending Constitution High School in Center City. As such, they’ve partnered with iMentor to bring the iMentor Interactive (iMi) platform to their program participants.

Using iMi’s matching algorithm, Ballard Spahr’s employees and Constitution High’s students will be paired based on their shared career interests and personalities. Once matched, mentors and mentees will be able to connect via iMi’s email system, dialoguing about topics from legal careers to current events presented through built-in writing prompts. Ballard Spahr will also be able to host mentor-mentee events using iMi’s calendar and event attendance tracking system. Ultimately, the firm may consider expanding its use of iMi to other offices and even to internal mentoring programs.
