Managing Director of iMentor Interactive

iMentor is currently seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial manager to serve as the Managing Director for iMentor Interactive (MD iMi) and oversee all aspects of iMentor Interactive’s growth and development, including strategic planning, business development, partnership building, evaluation, program implementation, ongoing management and new innovation. The MD iMi will lead iMentor Interactive’s goal of exponentially increasing the possibilities for mentoring and the number of mentor-mentee pairs on a national scale. A key member of the senior leadership team, this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to lead all day-to-day operations for this exciting social enterprise, as well as provide ongoing leadership, vision and support for all iMentor Interactive staff as they strive to develop and grow the program.

Chief Program Officer

iMentor is currently seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as its first Chief Program Officer to help develop and implement the programmatic strategy to scale its programs on a national level. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Program Officer will be responsible for defining and overseeing the growth, quality and innovation in both the New York City and national iMentor programs, including the development of external partnerships to increase its visibility and impact. The Chief Program Officer will directly supervise two Managing Directors and have significant interaction with the Board of Directors.

Development Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director of Development, the Development Manager will be iMentor's resident writer--with a primary focus on drafting and submitting proposals and other materials to meet annual fundraising goals. The Development Manager will play a key role in the execution of iMentor's institutional funding strategies (primarily private foundation, but also including corporate and public sources) for iMentor's local and national work. The Development Manager will be responsible for securing new funding partnerships and growing existing funder relationships. The Development Manager will also draft content for other external communications, as needed.

iMentor Interactive Partnership Manager

iMentor is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual as a new  iMi Partnership Manager (PM). Reporting directly to the iMentor Interactive Director of Partnerships, the PM is the “face of iMi." S/he is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of iMi’s partnerships with member organizations, which are the organizations incorporating the use of iMi into their programming. The PM’s oversight of strong relationships with member organizations will include outreach to prospective iMi member organizations, cultivating new relationships, signing new member organizations, and managing existing relationships.

iMentor Interactive Training and Support Coordinator

iMentor is seeking a dynamic and methodical individual as a new iMi Training and Support Manager (TSC). Reporting directly to the iMentor Interactive Managing Director, the TSC is key to iMi’s quality service. S/he is responsible for ensuring that member organizations seamlessly and successfully incorporate iMi into their programming. The TSC’s delivery of Training and Support for member organizations will include close implementation coordination with Partnership Managers and delivering premium training services, configuring member sites to meet their customized needs, quality assurance testing of the iMi platform and ongoing support for iMi members.

Program Coordinator

iMentor seeks a Program Coordinator (PC) to oversee all aspects of mentor-mentee pair management to assure that each pair develops the strongest possible relationship. The Program Coordinator is the "face of iMentor" who works closely with teachers, mentors, and mentees in order to match pairs, lead the weekly iMentor class, plan and staff mentor-mentee events, and provide participants with regular updates. Each PC is assigned 1-2 schools where he or she oversees all mentor-mentee relationships, collaboratively works with teachers and administration, and ensures that participants have meaningful experiences with iMentor.

Alumni Pairs Coordinator

The Alumni Pairs (AP) program supports pairs who have completed the core New York City school-based program and want to continue to develop their relationships. With hundreds of our mentees graduating each year, many of whom will be the first in their families to attend college, the mentors will provide critical support to their students, and iMentor's AP program will ensure that they have the resources necessary for that support.


iMentor seeks an Alumni Pairs Coordinator to work with Senior Program Staff to develop, plan, and coordinate all aspects of the Alumni Pairs program. Responsibilities include: enhancing the existing program plan, promoting awareness of the program to pairs in the formal NYC mentoring program, and assuring that each AP pair maintains and further develops the strongest possible relationship. The Alumni Pairs Coordinator will help shape this new program and curricula, provide regular support to
pairs, collect and maintain records, and plan all AP events.
